Snipe Barn, Chimney, (5 Star Visit Britain) is a stunning, cool and contemporary barn conversion set in a simply beautiful corner of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds' countryside. We believe that it is perfect for large families or groups who prefer space to spread out and relax. Set within the Chimney Nature Reserve, the location is ideal and convenient for Burford, Oxford and Cheltenham all being within an easy and reasonably short drive. Internally the barn has been modified to an exceptional standard and provides an excellent level of accommodation, with large rooms throughout and all mod cons included. In our opinion Snipe Barn is a right for family or friend 'get-together's' and is sure to be a very popular choice for discerning guests.

Living Room, an enormous room with three sofas (one a sofa bed*) and chairs, wood burning stove, a giant beanbag(!), TV and DVD player with views overlooking the private courtyard
Kitchen / Diner (another) enormous room with seating for 8 people around a refectory table with Kitchen fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Beautiful granite worksurfaces throughout.

Bedroom One / Family Bedroom with large double bed, and extra single bed, chest of drawers and hanging rails, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and washbasin

Outside there is a good size courtyard (see image) which is enclosed and safe for children. Beyond this there is ample space across the owner's land, which includes a small river, parents please note.
