Puffin House is a lovely, contemporary holiday house that sits, literally, overlooking the lake, with terraces offering superb views across the peaceful landscape. Designed by an award-winning architect, it offers truly contemporary living with vaulted ceiling, glazed elevations and external terraces from the ground and first floor. Situated lakeside within 450 acres of unspoilt countryside, crossed by three rivers and surrounded by seven lakes you are surrounded by nature and with tranquil waterscapes and serene countryside there is an abundance of wildlife, sailing and fishing.

The property has a direct lake frontage, with a grass area leading down to the waterside. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.

This property benefits from gas central heating and allocated parking and is approached via a pedestrian walkway with attractive landscaped open plan gardens with a personal footbridge leading to the property.
Full weeks in school holidays except at short notice. No Smokers. One small pet accepted. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice.
