Primrose Cottage is an excellent holiday cottage that has recently been completely refurbished. Once part of an old school, the cottage offers spacious accommodation of a very high standard, set within a beautiful 'pocket' of the Cotswolds. Internally, the property offers both comfort and an attention to detail which is sure to make your stay an enjoyable one. Locally, there is Wychwood Golf Club, which has a Freehouse serving good food all day to both players and non-players.(*below.) Outside, there is a lovely sitting area with beautiful views across the countryside and village. A truly wonderful part of the Cotswolds!

Lyneham is well located for visiting all Cotswold attractions and villages including Burford, Stow on the Wold and Blenheim Palace at Woodstock. *Although the village does not have a pub, there is a friendly golf club approximately a 10 min walk away which welcomes non playing guests for food and drinks. Described as 'a well groomed course that challenges the best golfers.... it has a lovely clubhouse with breathtaking views of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds.' We say it's well worth a visit! (01993 831 841 closes at dusk in Winter months.)The popular towns of Stratford upon Avon and Oxford are also within easy driving distance. (Kingham Station approx. 2 miles.)
