Mill View Cottage is a lovely holiday cottage, located at the edge of the popular Cotswolds 450 acre Lower Mill Estate private nature reserve and just moments from the River Thames. The Lower Mill is a nature lover's paradise! The property overlooks a courtyard, which itself leads to a private orchard, and is situated in a very quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and re-charging your batteries. There are many activities on offer including an outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court as well as superb walking, cycling and birdwatching opportunities. The cottage is wonderfully welcoming inside and is perfect for couples looking for a private getaway.

ACCOMMODATION 

Entrance into hallway leading to kitchen and living room.
Kitchen with modern appliances, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, separate fridge and freezer and microwave.
Living area, with woodburner, comfortable sofa and chair, flatscreen TV, DVD, radio and CD player. French doors to courtyard and orchard. Table (expandable) with chairs for two/three.
Bathroom with WC and washbasin

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom with 5ft double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Landing area with additional fold out bed or cot which can be curtained off.
Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and washbasin.

OUTSIDE
Customers have the use of the outdoor heated pool (Easter to end of October) plus tennis court and there is a small Farm Shop within 2 mins of your front door. Excellent and varied fishing within the lakes, plus Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports throughout the year. Ideal for walking, cycling and birdwatching. There is also a small estate farm being added with some traditional livestock, including sheep and goats.
