Little Crybb, Ebley is a delightful and 1ly homely holiday cottage situated in the southern Cotswolds, approximately five miles from Stroud, famous for its superb Farmers Market. The cottage is located within an historic terrace that is thought to be in the region of 200 years old. The cottage is set within the bustling area of Ebley (itself almost within Stroud) with many walks and pubs within reasonable distance 'up the hill'! Internally, the cottage is presented in immaculate condition having recently undergone a full modernisation programme. It retains all of its charm and features, including a wonderful inglenook fireplace, beams and exposed walls. In our opinion this cottage is a lovely retreat - an ideal base for touring the southern Cotswolds region.

Please note: Ebley is modern village. The local area is dominated by the five valleys that meet at the busy town of Stroud - and the hills are plateaus between the valleys, epsecially the wide, lofty heights of Rodborough and Minchinhampton Commons - can make you feel as if you are in a strange new world. With mangnificent views... this really is worth visiting. Together with Selsey Common, these stretches of common land provide an ideal open space for walking, horse-riding, kite and model plane flying, or simply relaxing while listening to the soaring song of the skylark. Across the valley you can see the slow stately movement of the wind-turbine at Nymsfield, the very first one in the Cotswolds AONB. The views from Coaley Peak Picnic Site are truly magnificent but, for many, the countryside around Cam Peak and Cam Long Down, cannot be beaten. Or, why not leave the car and discover the Site of Special Scientific Interest at Stinchcombe Hill.

The South Cotswolds epitomises all that is best about an unspoiled English landscape – listen to the birdsong, enjoy the butterflies, delight in the rare orchids … and escape from the pressures of everyday life.
