Please note that owners have worked hard to provide accommodation which is all on one level and well appointed thus lending itself well to those with limited mobility.

Open plan Sitting/Dining Room with French doors to a pleasant , enclosed garden with a suntrap patio, garden furniture provided.
Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Main Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two with twin beds which can be zipped together to create a double bed with en-suite shower room WC and washbasin.

Heating & electricity included all year. Telephone (emergencies only). Car essential. Travel cot & highchair available. Local produce welcome pack provided. Suitable for wheelchair users.

No Smokers. Friday changeover in summer months please.

Adjacent to the farmhouse is a small farm shop and highly regarded local butcher. It is less than a mile to the local pub. Laughton's Retreat is an excellent base for touring the Cotswolds, with popular locations and attractions such as Woodstock, Blenheim Palace, Burford and Oxford all within easy driving distance.
