Hillside Cottage is a delightful character cottage full of charm, situated in an elevated position overlooking rolling Cotswold countryside. The cottage is totally detached with off-street parking and a wonderful garden offering lovely views. Inside, the cottage really is a 'home from home', boasting beautiful antique furniture, period beams, an open fire in the sitting room with many books and an ever popular AGA - all of which give it that classic Cotswold's feel. We say this is excellent value for money in a truly idyllic spot!

A welcoming Sitting Room with very comortable sofa and armchairs, beams, an open fire and fabulous art collection. 
Good sized Kitchen/Dining room with an AGA, microwave (with oven and grill), dishwasher, fridge / freezer and washing machine, antique dining table in the bay window providing lovely Cotswold views.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One: spacious room with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. 
Bedroom Two with double bed. 
Bedroom Three with single bed. 
Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

Heating and electricity included all year. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Starter pack of logs supplied, further logs available at cost from housekeeper.

No pets. No Smokers. Sorry, no children under 10. Friday changeover preferred, please enquire otherwise. Wi-Fi included

 Swerford is an attractive village, tucked in a valley close to the market town of Chipping Norton. It is well placed for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and Oxford and also within easy driving distance of all the picturesque Cotswold villages. There are several good pubs in the area and excellent countryside for walking and cycling.
