Granary Cottage, Swerford, is a delightful Cotswolds holiday cottage, located just outside an absolutely quintessential village, itself approximately five miles from the bustling market town of Chipping Norton. The property, which is attached to the owner's fabulous home, sits in a wonderful location, surrounded by completely unspoilt countryside and the large grounds of the farm (not working!) Internally, the cottage is furnished with some lovely antiques which give a lovely warm and welcoming feel when you walk in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and ideal for relaxing and recharging the batteries!
ACCOMMODATION (all on one level, although not wheelchair friendly)

Dining Room with lovely table and four chairs, plus various pieces of attractive furniture. Access to private and enclosed garden
Kitchen, well equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer and washing machine.
Living Room is a super large and welcoming room with some more lovely period furniture along with two sofas, electric fire, large TV with Freeview, DVD player plus additional reclining chairs and views towards garden.

Bedroom, another large room with King Size double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table and Ensuite Bathroom with shower over, WC and washbasin
Outside
To the rear of the property is a private, enclosed garden with table and chairs. Naturally around the house and the main building are nothing but fields!
One Pet Welcome. Cot and High Chair available. Heating & Electricity included all year Underfloor heating thoughtout. Bed linen and towels included. Off street parking.
Friday Changeover please. Short Breaks welcome in low and mid season, and at short notice in high season please.
Swerford is a picture postcard village set in the northern Cotswolds, a few miles from the famous Hook Norton village (famous for its award winning local brewery) and a short drive from the Cotswolds' highest town - Chipping Norton. The property is well placed for walking, but for the more adventurous, there are a host of attractions to choose from including Blenheim Palace at Woodstock (10 miles), Oxford, (20 miles), Warwick Castle (20 miles) Stratford upon Avon (20 miles) and many other locations within the Cotswolds. This is an excellent location to choose as your holiday cottage.
