Gadwall House - WOW! Gadwall is sure to provide you with a truly memorable stay in a breathtaking, glass fronted contemporary lakeside home. The house provides an extremely large, open plan living area, with a large number of ceiling to floor windows which maximise light levels, and, most importantly, provide spectacular views across the lakes and countryside. The house has an excellent design and with quality to match with wooden floors throughout the living areas, high quality bathrooms and an exceptional kitchen. A magnificent private deck, allows you to enjoy meals and relaxation time outdoors, on the edge of the lake. In addition to this magnificent home and its views, you’ll also enjoy the facilities of a world-class spa.
As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay.

Xmas & New Year are charged at £1,607 per week and not £1,488 as displayed.

One of our properties within the Gadwall House collection offers you the opportunity to enjoy reverse living, with the living area located on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. This arrangement provides truly spectacular views across the lakes and countryside from the living area. Please let us know if you specifically would or would not like to be allocated this home.

OUTSIDE
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover’s paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes.

Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.

Sorry No Pets. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice.

Please note: in specific properties on the Cotswold Water Park, the seasons are slightly different. These properties are as follows: Gadwall (x2), Spinnaker (x2), Moorhens, Kingfisher House (not Cottage!), Lake View, Moorings, The Reeds. Today the Cotswold Water Park is Britains largest water park, 50% larger than the Norfolk Broads, extending to over 40 square miles and includes: 133 lakes, 5 nature reserves, Country Parks with picnic and Barbecue sites, a Blue Flag bathing beach, an extensive network of footpaths, cycle ways and bridleways as well as extensive leisure and sporting activities. Many Cotswold attractions and villages are all within easy access.

We have a number of properties that offer identical bedroom and bathroom facilities, however, the individual design and layout may differ slightly.
