Footstool Cottage is a gorgeous, recently renovated classic Cotswold stone property with early 17th Century origins. The internal features include exposed timbers throughout, together with a woodburner in the dining room. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a charming and secluded garden at the rear of the cottage, a perfect 'sun trap' for summer days! Footstool Cottage is a delightful retreat situated in the village of Fulbrook which lies about half a mile to the North East of the bustling market town of Burford. The village is surrounded by open Cotswold countryside and there are two good pubs within easy walking distance. There is a public footpath from the cottage into Burford.

Dining Room with fireplace containing woodburning stove and dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Kitchen with Italian tiled floor, fully fitted kitchen range with five ring gas hob, oven and grill, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Door to patio and secluded garden.
Utility Room with built in storage cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom, newly fitted family room with bath and power shower in the bath, WC and washbasin.
Upstairs:
Bedroom One, good size, with standard double bed and single divan (for 5th person at £40 extra).
Bedroom Two, large room with 5ft double bed.
Heating and electricity included all year. BT Broadband available. Telephone by arrangement. Cot & high chair available.
Extra bed for 5th person at £40 per week.
