Chimney Farm Barns (Visit Britain 5 Star) are a pair of simply stunning barns, located in beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds' countryside - overlooking a Nature Reserve! Although the properties are available independently, together they provide superb and spacious accommodation for large family gatherings or get-togethers of up to 23 people. Internally the accommodation is open plan and presented in a contemporary style with many very pleasing features and copious space for enjoying the special occasion. Both properties enjoy plasma TVs and wireless internet access throughout. Outside the properties enjoy fabulous space and private countryside for everyone to enjoy. The nearest village is about a mile and half away with a shop and pub, plus the very popular and superb pub on the River Thames - The Trout at Tadpole Bridge.

There is a further barn available (Rose Barn) to add a further 7 people to your party.

The owners have also sourced a number of local suppliers who would be able to add to the experience including catering and local food produce delivery, please ask for further details.

ACCOMMODATION (split between two properties - Owl and Snipe Barn)

Owl Barn:
Vast open plan ground floor with kitchen - dining area (for upto 20 guests) plus seating area. (Please note that there is a sofa bed in this room, available for an extra cost of £40 per head)

Upstairs
Bedroom Two with Ensuite Shower Room, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Three with two single beds
Bedroom Four with two single beds
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC and washbasin
Bedroom Five with double bed and Ensuite Shower Room with WC and washbasin

Snipe Barn (all one ground floor)
Large and spacious living space with kitchen, dining and seating area.
Living area with wood burner TV and DVD and sofa bed. 
Four bedrooms with family room (double & single), a master ensuite and two twin bedrooms (can be put together) with two bathrooms.

Please note that the properties are NOT interconnecting, however the distance between the two properties is about 50 yards.

Outside
Large garden area, backing onto the Nature Reserve and small river. Ample seating and table for all guests.

Oil fired central heating included all year. Ample parking at the properties.

Any day changeover considered, Fridays in High Season. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Please no Pets. Sofa Bed available (in living area) at cost of £40 per person per stay/per week

£400 breakages/damages deposit taken on day of arrival, card details required.
