Applegate is a recently converted self-catering holiday cottage located in the delightful village of Todenham. The property, which is attached to the owner's home, is both light and airy and also attractively furnished. French doors lead to a small, sheltered patio outside the sitting room for 'al fresco' dining. There is off-street parking next to the cottage. The cottage is just 3 miles from the popular Cotswold market town of Moreton in Marsh and is also within 300 yards of an village excellent pub The Farriers Arms.

Facilities include combination cooker with ceramic hob and fridge. Laundry facilities available if required.

Applegate is centrally located making it a good base for exploring all areas of the Cotswolds. Moreton-in-Marsh, with its renowned market every Tuesday and many good shops and, restaurants is only two miles away. The cottage is also conveniently placed for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle, Batsford Arboretum, Chipping Campden and many other beauty spots. Trains to London and Oxford run from Moreton in Marsh.
